The DACA information provided is based on USCIS Guidance and July 28, 2020 Memo.

  1. USCIS will not be accepting any DACA applications from individuals who have never received DACA before.
  1. USCIS will generally reject DACA applications that are submitted more than 150 days before your current period of DACA ends.
  1. All DACA and associated employment authorization requests that are approved after July 28, 2020 will only be valid for no more than one year.
  1. Any previous two-year grants of DACA and employment authorization will remain valid for two years.
  2. Pending and future applications for advance parole will only be granted for exceptional circumstances, i.e. for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.
